This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process about users of our websites and applications that link to this Policy, registered users of Clypz, and individuals who communicate with us. Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not permit use of the Services by individuals under 18.

2. What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when applying to or using Clypz, including your name, email address, social media links, and application answers.

We also collect usage data automatically when you use the platform, such as your device's Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data. We do not collect device identifiers or browsing activity data for advertising, and we do not use tracking technologies for cross-site tracking.

If you connect a third-party account (Google/YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) via OAuth, we may collect data already associated with that account as described in the relevant sections below.

3. How We Use It

We use your information to provide, operate, and support the Services; review your application; verify eligibility (18+); communicate with you about your account; facilitate campaigns between creators and AI companies; process payments; maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose personal information only as necessary for the purposes described above:

Service providers: To trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, data storage, email delivery, authentication). These parties are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information.

Legal and safety: Where required by law or to protect Clypz, our users, or others from harm or illegal activity.

Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose information to ad networks.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies solely for authentication purposes to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may impact core site functionality.

6. YouTube API Services

Clypz uses YouTube API Services to verify video view counts for creators who connect their YouTube account. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize Clypz to access your YouTube Analytics data solely to calculate campaign earnings based on verified views. We do not access, store, or share your YouTube content, subscribers, or any data beyond view analytics for submitted videos.

Data received from YouTube APIs is not used to target or serve advertising to users, is not used to determine creditworthiness, and is not sold or shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the Service. Data received from YouTube APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train AI or machine learning models.

Your use of YouTube features is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Clypz's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke Clypz access to your Google account at any time via Settings in Clypz, or directly through Google Account Permissions.

7. Instagram / Meta API Services

Clypz uses Meta's Instagram API to verify view counts on Instagram Reels submitted to campaigns. By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize Clypz to access your Instagram content insights solely to calculate campaign earnings based on verified views. We do not access, store, or share your Instagram messages, followers, or any data beyond view analytics for submitted videos.

Please note that accessing Instagram video insights requires a Creator or Business account. Personal Instagram accounts do not have access to the analytics Clypz needs to verify views. When connecting your Instagram account, Clypz will prompt you to confirm that your account is set to Creator or Business mode. You can switch your account type at any time in your Instagram settings under Account Type and Tools.

Your use of Instagram features is also subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Privacy Policy.

You may revoke Clypz access to your Instagram account at any time via Settings in Clypz, or directly through your Instagram App Settings.

8. TikTok API Services

Clypz uses TikTok's API to verify view counts on TikTok videos submitted to campaigns. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Clypz to access your TikTok video analytics solely to calculate campaign earnings based on verified views. We do not access, store, or share your TikTok messages, followers, or any data beyond view analytics for submitted videos.

Your use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok's Privacy Policy.

You may revoke Clypz access to your TikTok account at any time via Settings in Clypz, or directly through your TikTok app under Settings and Privacy.

9. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for email delivery, data storage, authentication, and payment processing. Each of these services is governed by their own privacy policies and security practices. Clypz is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

10. Information About Children

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete that information and terminate the account promptly.

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Transfers

We may process and store personal information in countries that may not have equivalent data protection laws to your home jurisdiction. By using Clypz, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in such countries.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfil legitimate business purposes, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

14. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights of portability, restriction, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Policy and updating the date above. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
