By applying to or using Clypz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Clypz

Clypz is an invite-only platform for content creators and AI companies. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree to produce honest, authentic content about the products they promote. Creators must disclose sponsored content in accordance with applicable advertising laws and platform guidelines.

4. Company Responsibilities

AI companies agree to provide accurate information about their products and to pay creators in accordance with agreed campaign terms. Companies may not use Clypz to promote illegal or deceptive products.

5. Payments

Clypz facilitates payments between companies and creators based on a CPM (cost per 1,000 views) model. Clypz reserves the right to hold or withhold payments in cases of fraud or policy violations.

6. Termination

Clypz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Clypz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
